Gayla Hahn

CONSULTING ASSOCIATE

Gayla is a business consultant, spiritual coach, intuitive visionary, and loving leader — bringing both analytical rigor and intuitive depth to everything she does. An insightful and strategic thinker, she sees gaps, connections, trends, and potential evolutions that help people and businesses increase their effectiveness. Shaped by a Cognitive Science degree at UC Berkeley and a career spent at the intersection of human systems and human experience, she has strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable her to hear and honor individual and organizational needs and offer customized, innovative ideas and solutions.

Curious, creative, and inclusive, Gayla has worked with a wide range of people and environments — from executives, managers, and employees in organizational settings to individuals navigating spirituality, relationships, recovery, and authentic self-expression — including people with serious mental illness, those experiencing homelessness, and incarcerated populations, as well as in fitness, wellness, and research settings. This breadth has given her a genuinely integrative lens, and as a younger consultant, she brings natural fluency with the values and workplace expectations of Gen Z and a genuine interest in bridging across generations, cultures, and worldviews.
