Kari Prevost

Passionate about culture, people strategy, and organizational design, Kari had the privilege of spending the past 16 years with H.G. Fenton Company in a variety of executive roles, including CAO, Executive Vice President, Employee Lifestyle and General Counsel, providing her with a depth of hands-on experience to help you develop leaders and build engaged teams so that you can achieve results. During these years, she developed a unique breadth and depth of experience in leadership, team building, change management, talent and resource management, and the people aspect of business, built on a foundation of extensive business (real estate, budgeting, property management, development, financing) and legal acumen. Kari is one of the few who have led a team to create a workplace community where everyone flourishes — built on trust, connection, collaboration, innovation, personal and professional growth, and outcomes for impact.
Her breadth of experience gives her a unique skillset to help any organization align its Culture and teams to achieve short and long-term goals, with a mindful approach from strategy through implementation. Kari’s approach is not formulaic, but custom designed for your company’s needs, that includes active listening, getting to know the team and business, and then partnering to strategize and create a plan to achieve those outcomes.
Kari is also a founding member of the Women’s Purpose Community, a private membership-based community of seasoned, female executives who come together to focus on expansive personal growth. A mom of four teenage boys, devoted spouse, and friend and champion of personal and professional growth, Kari inspires others to lead with their hearts and minds to live their best life as their authentic self.
