Randy has utilized his extensive cross-functional business background, engaging leadership approach, and strong operational planning and execution skills to consistently drive results above goals. He is now leveraging his diverse management background, in a consulting capacity, to assist organizations in hiring exceptional people and addressing strategic, operational, organizational, and leadership challenges.
During his career, Randy accumulated many years of VP-level management experience in the Sales, Marketing, and Finance fields. With this knowledge, he progressed to taking on broader General Management leadership roles, which included overall profit and loss responsibility for the business units which he directed.
Randy has built highly effective workgroups through the recruitment and development of top talent. He has successfully hired key personnel at all levels of organizations. He has worked extensively with Interior Design firms, Architecture firms, and Fortune 500 firms like Hewlett-Packard, and Kodak to recruit, select, and hire exceptional people.
Randy has effectively aligned teams around a clear organizational direction and objectives and established a process framework for operational excellence. Additionally, he has designed account management compensation plans, to help drive desired sales performance within established budget guidelines. Randy has also been formally recognized by management and employees for his excellence in team building and mentoring.
Randy received a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from the University of Southern California.
